Institutional Services

Post-Secondary Assessment Service: Our innovative use of assessment technology allows us to service institutional requests for assessment at their available funding with a two-week report turnaround time. Additionally,  OSAP disability and DSO forms are completed at no extra cost when applicable.

Academic Accommodation Consultation and Second Opinion:  We can provide a third-party second opinion to accessibility services staff regarding the accommodations suggested in assessment reports from other providers. After a one-hour consultation, we can provide an opinion on the appropriateness of the recommended accommodations or other pathways that the school could pursue to clarify the student's needs, such as a re-assessment.

MID Identification Review and Re-Assessment Service:  We can provide a second opinion to accessibility services staff regarding assessment reports that provide the ministry designation of MID instead of a diagnosis. After a one-hour consultation, we can provide an opinion on whether there is a basis for a DSM-5 diagnosis and what would be required to arrive at a clarified diagnosis (a partial assessment versus a full re-assessment). If a partial re-assessment is sufficient (for example, updated cognitive testing and adaptive functioning), we can provide that at half the full assessment cost.

We provide psychoeducational assessment services for Ontario school boards, colleges and universities. As an approved assessment provider, we also complete OSAP Disability forms, DSO and ODSP applications as part of the assessment service, learn more here.
